Refund Policy

At NSExam, we strive to provide a fair and transparent process for refunds related to entrance exam charges. Below are the terms and conditions for requesting a refund:

Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds can be requested if the candidate is unable to attend the entrance exam due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The refund request must be initiated within 10 days from the date of payment.

Refund Processing

• Once the refund request is approved, the payment will be refunded within 45 days.

How to Apply for a Refund

• To initiate the refund process, please email the following details to info@nsexam.in:

A. Candidate Details
• Candidate's Name
• Father's Name
• Application Number
• Registered Email ID
• Registered Mobile Number

B. Bank Details
• Bank Name
• Account Holder Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code

Important Note: Ensure that the bank details or UPI ID provided for the refund match those used for the initial payment.

Confirmation

• Upon receiving your refund request and details, we will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
